About the job

As a board member for one of our portfolio companies, you will play a key strategic and supervisory role in helping innovative businesses grow responsibly and sustainably. You work closely with the management team as a sparring partner, challenging and supporting them on strategy, governance, and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to long-term strategy and value creation

• Providing independent oversight on performance, risk, and compliance

• Opening up your network to support commercial and strategic partnerships

• Safeguarding the company’s mission, culture, and stakeholder interests
